She joined Pride Health in 2017 and has over 9 years of healthcare staffing experience. Kendra is currently the Director at Pride Health in Minneapolis, MN where her team focuses on Strategic Accounts nationwide. Her goal is to provide stakeholders the best staffing experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Outside of her profession, she enjoys spending time with her Husband and daughter, traveling and going to sporting events.
Amy Rubinstein received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology from Union College. She joined PRIDE Health in 2011 but has been recruiting within the healthcare industry since 2002. Amy focuses on the Direct Hire recruitment of both clinical and non-clinical professionals. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and working out at Orange Theory Fitness.
Doug brings over 7 years of healthcare recruitment and sales experience to Pride Health where he manages the day to day operations of the DC metro office. In 2019, Doug opened the Pride Health office in McLean, VA where he and his team specialize in Nursing and Allied health recruitment for the largest managed care, population health, and revenue cycle companies in the country. His professional mission is to deliver the highest quality service to Pride Health’s clients and contractors, with an emphasis on building meaningful relationships. Outsides of his profession, he enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, Brody, and playing golf each weekend.
Tim Tobin, President of PRIDE Health, attended Binghamton University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In his role, Tim is responsible for business development, strategic client relationships, and building an unparalleled brand by utilizing his personal and professional associations to promptly identify qualified candidates and unique opportunities for the brand’s clients. He has a proven track record of successful matches across all levels of experience in Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, Administrative, Legal, and Technology. His philosophy on building a successful brand within search is by providing exceptional service to both sets of clients—whether it be the prospective employer or the job seeker. In doing so, Tim has secured a sterling presence and reputation in the industry and prides himself on the fact that referrals are his number one source of new business. In addition to his role at PRIDE Health, Tim is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the recruiting agency, Russell Tobin. He was also instrumental in the origin and growth of The Tuttle Agency for over 10 years before co-founding the Russell Tobin brand. He enjoys building new relationships and strengthening existing ones, advising clients and candidates, as well as supporting his own team in their own professional and personal growth. Outside of recruiting life, Tim is an avid sports fan and a former competitive swimmer. He resides in New Rochelle, NY, with his wife, Juliet, and his three children, Paige, TJ, and Piper.
Joshua Albucker brings nearly 20 years of healthcare recruitment experience to PRIDE Health where he manages the day to day operations of the Direct Hire Recruitment team after being with the company since its inception in 2010. With a focus on the recruitment of clinical and non-clinical professionals across the healthcare gambit, Joshua and his team concentrate on nursing, nursing leadership, advance practitioners, administration, and executive leadership roles. His professional mission is to foster a level of partnership, respect, and trust with everyone he interacts with. Outside of his profession, he looks forward to spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Bhavin Shah received his Bachelor of Economics degree from Queens College and joined PRIDE Health as a Recruiter in April 2013; he was promoted to Director of the Contract Recruitment team in August 2016. With over eight years of recruitment and staffing experience within the healthcare sector under his belt, Bhavin, along with his team, focus on the recruitment of nursing, allied health, and social service roles. His mission is to provide the best recruiting experience for the client and the candidate by partnering with thriving, socially and ethically responsible stakeholders that share a similar goal. Outside of recruiting, Bhavin enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, traveling, barbecuing, and being an amateur mixologist. Furthermore, he is a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served two tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
